Sears Superior Home Appliance Showroom now locally owned

SUPERIOR – Sears Home Stores is pleased to announce they have recently sold the Sears Home Appliance Showroom in the Superior Marketplace to local owners Dan and Barb Johnson.

“Sears opened the showroom in mid-December of 2011,” Dan Johnson said. “The showroom carries the top ten appliance brands, which includes the Kenmore line, the number one selling brand that can only be purchased through Sears. No one else carries all the top ten brands. There is a wide selection of product available in the showroom, providing a “hands on experience”. Sales associates also have access to the full product line via the Internet.”

With Sear’s Store to Home program consumers can purchase products through the showroom that are available at a large mall-style Sears store. “It’s a great program,” Johnson said. “If you’re looking to buy tools, lawn equipment, clothes, anything you can imagine a big Sears store carries, we can get it for you through our showroom. Many of the items would include free shipping, which you normally would have to pay for if you purchased on-line. The products could be delivered to the showroom for the customer to pick-up or directly to the customer’s home.”

Other services available through the Superior Sears Home Appliance Showroom include their lay-away program, additional savings with the use of a Sears card, special financing, and Friday coupons available on the store’s Facebook page for added savings.

“We have a price matching plus program in place most of the year,” Johnson said. “If you’re shopping one of the big box nationally owned stores, it’s worth your time to stop and check us out. We have direct access to competitor’s sales and pricing information. We can save you the time of driving around looking for the best deal.”

The store focuses on being customer friendly providing bottled water, coffee, juice drinks, and fresh-baked cookies. “We have a small area set aside with chairs and tables for young children to watch a movie and color while their parents shop,” Johnson said. “We want people to have a fun, relaxed shopping experience with us, to remember us for future purchases and to tell their friends and family about us.”
