Boise Village Southwest Over 50 Percent Pre-Sold Before Grand Opening

Local home builder Midtown Homes recently started construction in Boise Village Southwest after purchasing 29 lots at East First Avenue and North Boise Avenue. Midtown Homes is scheduled to hold a grand opening at the end of February and has already pre-sold over 50 percent of the homes in the community.  The Loveland home builder has seen a strong growth in demand since November 2011 with 87 closing in the Loveland area in 2012.  According to Midtown Homes sales consultant Rollin Goering, many home buyers are seeking relocation to Loveland, or are first-time homeowners looking for a quality home with a large yard, many others are retirees looking for more affordable options

Pre-Grand Opening Specials Through February
The first of the six new Snowmass ranch-style paired homes in the Boise Village Southwest have gone quickly, but models are ready for viewing this weekend. Midtown Homes is now accepting pre-sales for the last of their paired homes to be complete in June. Priced affordably at $197,600, buyers can also take advantage of a free air conditioner incentive on all Snowmass model pre-sales, if they go under contract by the end of February.  The Snowmass was a complete sellout within eight weeks at their last two Boise Village North and Thompson Overlook communities.
