Congratulations to three excellent dining establishments in Boulder! 5280 The Denver Magazine just ranked three of Boulder’s restaurants “Best 25″ along the front range dining scene. Our local pride and joy Frasca Food and Wine came in #1 – no surprise here. Frasca is a fabulous restaurant inspired by the cuisine and culture of Friuli, Italy, and is the creation of Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey and Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson. You’ll experience outstanding service, inventive and delectable food, and an award winning wine list to choose from.
Right next door, Pizzeria Locale came in #17 on the magazine’s “best list”. Also owned by Mackinnon-Patterson and Stuckey, Pizzeria Locale offers Neapolitan-style (thin crust) gourmet pizzas to be enjoyed in a hip, lively atmosphere. We love bringing the kids here.
Coming in #21 on the list was Oak on Fourteenth on the Pearl Street Mall. Oak features an extensive and creative cocktail menu, and food crafted with an oak-fired grill (which creates interesting and smokey flavors). Relax and enjoy your meal in the energetic dining room, or on the outdoor patio perfect for watching folks stroll on the mall.
We are fortunate to live in a “foodie” town such as Boulder, Colorado, and we hope you get out and about and enjoy one of these (or any other) fantastic restaurants in town.
