93 townhome-style condos and 36 single-family homes
LONGMONT – Boulder-based Coast to Coast Development Corporation broke ground in August at Parkside, their Phase III project at Quail Ridge in south Longmont.
The new neighborhood will feature 93 townhome-style condos in single level and two-story designs, with 2 and 3 bed/2 and 2 ½ bath open floor plans, outdoor living, and single-car garages. The two-story units include a full, unfinished basement. The condos will be priced starting in the high $200’s and the 36 single-family homes in the $300’s. Like all Coast to Coast properties, the Parkside condos and homes will incorporate green building practices and meet Energy Star® certification standards.
Parkside is located two blocks east of Hwy. 287 and one block south of Quail Road in south Longmont, providing convenient routing to Boulder, the surrounding Boulder Valley communities, DIA, and Denver. Parkside features a 3.5-acre landscaped park with trees and greenery. The neighborhood is one block from the Longmont Recreation Center and the Longmont Museum and Cultural Center and five minutes from the Hover Road retail stores and Village at the Peaks mall.
