Final Falcons, town homes and duplexes available
LOUISVILLE – The window to buy a contemporary Falcon, town home or duplex in North End is closing. The last of the single-family homes in Block 10, the last town homes and one of the duplexes in the hugely popular community are finished and ready for buyers. To sweeten the pot during the spring buyer’s market, Markel Homes is offering an “everything included” special on select properties.
Special spring offer
Purchase one of three two-story Falcon homes in the Block 10 neighborhood and receive the “everything included” package at no additional charge. The package includes front and rear landscaping and fencing, central air conditioning, a stainless-steel refrigerator to match the stainless steel kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and top down/bottom up Hunter Douglas window coverings. The offer applies to the homes located at 1384, 1388 and 1392 Snowberry Lane in Louisville. Buyers of the town homes receive a stainless steel refrigerator and laundry appliances.
Last call on contemporary Falcons
The three-bed, two-and-a-half-bath Falcon features bright and open main-floor living. Huge windows, gorgeous hardwood flooring and modern finishes appeal to the buyer’s sense of style and the desire for an easy-to-live-in, well-designed interior. Buyers wishing to add a fourth bedroom, third full bath and a recreation or media room will appreciate the spacious unfinished lower level with rough-in plumbing and three large egress windows. Pricing for the Falcons starts at $739,900.
So close to so much
Situated in the southwest corner of North End, Block 10 offers buyers an enviable list of location amenities. The shops and services along South Boulder Road are a walk or bike ride away. The neighborhood walking path that circles Hecla Lake Open Space is just up the street. The new Highway 42 pedestrian underpass, scheduled for construction this summer, will connect the Block 10 area with South Boulder Road and the shops, restaurants and music scene on Main Street. Commuters living in Block 10 enjoy easy access to the arteries that feed Boulder, Longmont and the cities along Highway 36 en route to Denver.
Last chance for easy living
Buyers keen on finding a low-maintenance home with come-and-go convenience, no yard work and cost-saving Energy Star® efficiencies can choose from stylish town homes and one of the last five duplexes to be built at North End. A stainless-steel refrigerator and laundry appliances are included with the purchase price.
