The contemporary cottages at Silver Creek

Cool architecture, striking colors and a caliber of standard features not typically found at this price point have buyers signing contracts. The first release of contemporary cottages is sold out; Markel released another nine last week. The interiors are light, cheerful and stylish. Buyers select one of six professionally-designed interior packages, with colors and finishes to showcase the cottage’s contemporary look and feel.
