RE/MAX of Boulder warmly welcomes Dustin Sagrillo and The Sagrillo Group to its team of Realtors.
Dustin is a Colorado native who lived the first ten years of his life in Littleton. He moved to Lafayette in 1989 and currently resides in Louisville.
Early in life, Dustin began honing his natural drive and perseverance. He worked in a local commercial store fixture manufacturing company located in Boulder County. This family trade runs three generations and was an excellent way to learn about serving clients, accomplishing goals, and working together as a team.
The opportunity gave Dustin a hands-on education in business, product development, and manufacturing. He worked his way up, learning the skills of the trade in manufacturing and management, and realized the value of meeting clients face to face and the impact of business relationships.
Parlaying these skills into investing, Dustin learned the basics of buying real estate when he bought his first home at the age of 20. Years later, after making the choice to leave manufacturing, he considered other business models that included local investment and face to face contact with clients. He reached out to his great uncle, a successful real estate agent and investor in Washington, and was mentored for many years on the ins and outs of the real estate business.
Dustin has a knack for listening to his clients’ wants and needs and pairing them with an in depth understanding of how to get from where they are to where they want to be. Dustin converts the homes he’s owned into rentals each time he buys another and continues to teach clients how to do the same thing. His motto is, “Love where you live, enjoy the process of getting there.” He says, “The feeling you have at the closing table is the feeling that stays with you the whole time you own the home, so it’s important we work diligently to buy the right one.”
Dustin loves where he lives, and demonstrates his love by being involved in the local community. The Sagrillo group is thrilled to be a part of RE/MAX of Boulder. He and his wife have three children.
