She received the Platinum Club Award in 2014 and was also recognized as a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Many clients call Pat the “general contractor” Realtor because she is their liaison to lenders, home inspectors, title companies and contractors. She also works with a team of personal assistants to give clients consistent service while away or working with other people.
Pat’s Realtor designations include the ABR – Accredited Buyer’s Representative, CRS – Certified Residential Specialist, GRI – Graduate, Realtor Institute, CNE – Certified Negotiations Expert and EcoBroker – Green Broker designation. Her professionalism and experience are continuously enhanced through education.
Pat is a native Coloradoan. She graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. Degree in Housing and Design with an emphasis in color, floor plans and kitchen/bath design. She has worked in home-oriented businesses since graduation, including kitchen design and furniture sales. Pat’s design background and intuitive negotiation skills have generated the difference in her clients’ real estate successes in Northern Colorado during the past 30+ years.
Pat enjoys volunteering in her community. She is a contributor to A Woman’s Work and Arts Longmont. She is also a member of the Longmont Association of Realtors.
