Homes from three local builders

Markel Homes Construction Company has put their energy, passion and intellect into their vision for West Grange. Joining them in the construction process are McStain Neighborhoods from Denver and Boulder-based Masterwork Home Company. All three builders bring expertise in home design as well as construction. Ranch-style, two-story, custom and duplex homes attract every type of buyer 

Markel Homes is starting with 34 ranch-style and two-story single-family homes as well as 16 duplex units, and custom homes upon request. The designs are from their new Modern American Classics Collection. The single-family homes are Zero Energy Ready Homes as well as LEED, Energy Star® and Indoor AirPlus certified. The duplexes feature Energy Star efficiencies. Early buyers can take advantage of Markel’s introductory pricing: single-family homes from the high $500s, duplexes from the $600s and custom homes from $1 million. Construction on the single-family homes and duplexes is scheduled to begin later this month or early February.

McStain Neighborhoods is building 40 single-family homes from the McStain Classic Collection at West Grange. The collection features five two-story designs in a range of exterior options. The homes are Zero Energy Ready Home and Energy Star certified. Pricing starts in the high $500s. Buyers going under contract before the end of January receive a $5,000 credit at the McStain Design Center. Construction begins this month.
Masterwork Home Company has secured three lots at West Grange, all earmarked for custom homes with unobstructed mountain views. Known for flexibility and originality in their home designs, Masterwork Homes brings a portfolio spanning more than 20 years to West Grange. 

Get in early for better pricing and choices galore

While it takes some imagination to picture a home before seeing a model, there are plenty of reasons to buy early, starting with the price. Introductory pricing and the value that represents won’t last long. In these first months of activity, lot availability is at its peak. Selecting your lot and choosing a floor plan that meets your needs as well as interior finishes that suit your taste are all reasons to consider a dirt start. If you know up front that you want a finished lower level, getting in early is a must.
