Construction will start later this spring on three ranch-style plans and one two-story home, all from the builder’s Modern American Classics Collection. The homes feature mood-enhancing natural light, an open main floor, attached two-car garage and outdoor living area. The kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop with hood, quartz countertops, quality cabinetry, double wall ovens and a single-bowl Kohler sink. Buyers can opt for the lower level finish and add a rec room, bedroom and bath.
