LOUISVILLE – We Heart Louisville. That’s a sentiment that will be displayed on celebratory T-shirts and stickers for the grand opening of RE/MAX Elevate. The new real estate office opens May 1 in the heart of downtown Louisville at 724 Main Street.
“We’re thrilled to introduce RE/MAX Elevate to Louisville, where many of our founding agents and their families live, work, go to school, and where our clients are selling or searching for homes. We are rooted in the community,” says RE/MAX Elevate Broker/Owner Jay Kalinski.
The office is also rooted in a long standing legacy of real estate success. RE/MAX Elevate is the sister franchise of RE/MAX of Boulder, the 40-plus year old leader in Boulder Valley real estate.
As the son of RE/MAX of Boulder’s Owner and Founder Tom Kalinski, Jay Kalinski brings a storied tradition to the new Louisville office. Locally owned and operated, RE/MAX of Boulder was the third franchise to open in RE/MAX history when it was established in 1977. RE/MAX of Boulder has been a model of success from the beginning, providing excellent footsteps for RE/MAX Elevate to follow in.
The connection to long tradition is notable, but the opening of
RE/MAX Elevate marks the start of a brand new story. It will deepen the dedication of Jay Kalinski and the founding real estate agents to the success of the Louisville community.
“We are committed to the city of Louisville, East Boulder County and Broomfield. As a small, local, veteran-owned business, we are excited to be actively involved in the local entrepreneurial community and with nonprofits and community organizations to support the vitality and well-being of the city.”
To celebrate, RE/MAX Elevate is sponsoring Louisville Public Library’s Summer Reading Program. RE/MAX Elevate Realtors will donate gift baskets from Louisville businesses for a free drawing. The gift basket drawing kicks off during the grand opening party. All can enter to win through the month of May at the RE/MAX Elevate office, located next door to The Singing Cook. Tickets will be drawn and winners announced during Taste of Louisville on June 1.
Mayor Muckle says, “We’re delighted to welcome RE/MAX Elevate to downtown Louisville. Their contributions to the local economy and strong tradition of community involvement will be a win for us all.”
Grand opening festivities at the RE/MAX Elevate office begin at 4:30 p.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony alongside members of the Louisville Chamber of Commerce. A celebration follows where guests will rock to live music by Louisville musician Johnny O., taste sangria and wine from local Decadent Saint Winery (thanks to Premier Lending LLC), and enjoy catering and desserts by local Wildcraft Kitchen and Bittersweet Café & Confections. Flower arrangements are being donated by Red Door Flowers.
